CARROT
Just look at this gorgeous ginger boy! Sweet Carrot is now looking for his own FURever home…..could it be with you?
Carrot came into our care when he was trapped as an older kitten by a local resident concerned for the welfare of his chickens. Carrot was very frightened by the whole experience and could not be handled at all. It took a good 2 months before we could even touch Carrot.
We are thankful for the perseverance of our experienced foster families. Slow and steady is the way to go with scared under-socialized cats. Here we are – 3 1/2 months later – and Carrot has really learned to trust people. He loves head rubs and runs to meet his foster mom when she enters the room.
Carrot LOVES to play and would do well with another playful cat in the home
For more information about Carrot, please reach out to us – info@catsofsaltspring.com or 236-508-2287 (call / text). Carrot is neutered, vaccinated (FVRCP plus rabies), treated for fleas and parasites, and microchipped. He is also tested for FIV / FeLV (negative).
