Please meet Latke.  This amazing young adult boy (just over a year old) was recently surrendered to us by one of our veterinary partners.  Unfortunately, Latke had a pretty rough start to his life.  When he was brought into our veterinarian’s office, his tail was broken and had to be amputated.  He was dirty, thin and scared, but was so glad to have love and attention and care.

 

Latke has healed from his surgery and he is a whole new cat!  Latke now is in great condition and is one of the friendlist cats we have ever met.  He’s a very happy guy. 

 

Latkie has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, treated for fleas and parasites, and screened for FIV / FeLV.  Latke loves people and he LOVES food.  His adopter is going to have to be strict with portion control on his meals!  

 

Latke jumps onto laps for attention and loves head rubs.  He will roll around for tummy rubs too.  Latke loves racing around his foster home – jumping on and off furniture and counters.  He is a very high energy cat!

 

Latke is used to living an indoor / outdoor lifetime.  He is definitely a “door-dasher”, so we are going to want a placement for Latke where he will have access to a safe outdoor space, if his adopter finds that he doesn’t settle down as an indoor cat.

 

Latke is a true gem and would make an excellent family pet!
