Don’t let his name fool you – this special senior kitty is SERIOUSLY charming.  Our vet estimates that he is approx. 10 – 12 years old.  Brute lived his entire life (prior to coming into our care) as an unneutered male farm cat.  He had a hard life – fighting off all of the other unneutered males on the property to assert his position.  Brute is now ready to retire from his working life and live as an indoor cat.

Brute has had several weeks in our care to rest and recover.  He has been neutered, and has also had THIRTEEN rotten and painful teeth extracted.  Brute is VERY engaging and loves to be with people.  He would do very well as a family cat with older children (12 and up).  Brute loves cuddles, head bumps, and being the center of attention.  

We would be HAPPY to consider a lifetime foster placement for this lovely senior kitty!

Brute has been neutered, microchipped, treated for fleas and parasites, and is up to date on his vaccines (FVRCP & Rabies).
