Handsome Dale recently came into our care when his owner’s living situation changed and he could no longer care for Dale.

Dale is a gentle soul who seeks out contact with people. He is not bothered by other cats (there is another cat in his foster home). Dale is a very laid back boy who likes to lay in a sunny patch on the floor or lay on a lap watching TV. Playtime with a toy now and then is ‘ok’, but Dale is more of a ‘chill’ cat than a hyper-playful cat.

Dale is a very well-socialized cat who likes to be around people. He is independent, meaning that he is not constantly demanding attention. Dale just likes to hang out with people.

Dale has lived as an indoor / outdoor cat with his previous owner. Since coming into our care, he has lived as an indoor foster. He does like to look out the window and would probably enjoy a home with a secure ‘catio’ area for outdoor enrichment. However, he is not fixated on getting outside.

Dale is hoping that his new owner is someone who works from home, or that he is adopted by a nice family so there would be more than one person to give him love and attention.

Dale is neutered, up to date on vaccines (FVRCP & Rabies), microchipped, tested for FIV / FeLV, and has been treated for fleas and parasites.
