LEVI

Can We Play Now?

Let’s GO!

Just Hanging Around
Sweet and adorable Levi is an extremely affectionate and playful kitten. He is approximately 3.5 to 4 months old. Trapped back in early September 2025, we immediately noticed that Levi suffered from entropion in his right eye. His upper right eyelid was rolled inward, causing his eyelashes to painfully rub against the surface of his eye. As a result, Levi’s eye was irritated and infected, and he squinted from the discomfort. He had likely been this way since birth – poor Levi! Fortunately, we were able to have Levi promptly seen by an animal opthamologist – the amazing Dr. Jess Burn. Dr Burn placed two staples in Levi’s upper eyelid to correct the positioning of his eyelid and allow the condition to resolve as Levi grew. After several weeks, the staples were removed. We are thrilled to report that the staples worked to correct the entropion – no surgery will be necessary!
Throughout all of this, Levi has been just the most AMAZING kitten. He is very comfortable being handled, as his foster mom was constantly picking him up to check on his eye and apply lubricating gel. Levi is a kitten who LOVES to play. He is fostered together with another kitten from his colony and the two kittens chase balls, spring toys, and sometimes each others’ tails! Two kittens are certainly loads of fun!
An ideal FURever home for Levi would be one where someone was available to give Levi lots of snuggles but also where he would have a playmate – perhaps another cat or even a respectful dog.
Levi has been neutered, vaccinated (FVRCP 1st and 2nd, plus rabies), treated for fleas and parasites, microchipped, and screened for FIV / FeLV (negative).
