These two sister kittens, along with their brother (Bonfire), were found in late 2023 scrounging for food at a local campground. Two of the three kittens have distinctive short tails. We are thankful to the Salt Spring Island residents who worked to trap them and get them safely to us.

These two sisters are calm and gentle. They like to observe what’s going on around them. Flame seeks out attention and purrs with even a little eye contact, while Smoke is a touch more shy, yet loves to have her soft fur stroked. With a patient and dedicated adopter, their confidence will continue to grow. A quiet home with older children would be welcomed for these sisters.
